Dick Packer started playing soccer when he was six years old, then through grade school, prep school, college and the pros. While attending Penn State University, he set a still-standing record of 24 goals in one season. He also led that club to two NCAA championships and was named an All-American both seasons. Dick has been a member of the U. S. Olympic Soccer team and the U. S. Armed Forces European Soccer team. He is involved in youth soccer programs in Connecticut. Dick lives in Rowayton, Connecticut, and is Regional Vice President of Maritz Travel, an international meeting and incentive travel company.
